Dynamic Waypoint Sequencing: Real-time TSP/VRP algorithms taking traffic congestion, priority time windows, and vehicle capacity into account.
Geofenced Milestones: Automatic arrival detection when delivery drivers enter designated customer perimeter zones.

2. Digital Proof of Delivery (e-POD)

Multi-Factor Verification: High-resolution barcode scanning, tamper-evident digital signature capture, and GPS-stamped photo proof.
Offline First: Drivers can capture signatures and photos in low-connectivity zones; payloads automatically sync when network is restored.

3. Real-Time Telemetry & Telematics

Live Fleet Tracking: Driver location streamed via low-latency telemetry channels.
ETA Recalculation: Machine learning models continuously refine customer delivery ETAs based on transit speed and dwell time.
